Printer Warranty Policy

Dear Customer:

Many thank you for purchasing the product of our company. To protect your rights and improve our after sales service, we have formulated a series of guaranteed terms.

Please read it carefully and let us know your thoughts and suggestions.

a, We warrant this product for the period of one(1) year from the purchase date.

b, Within the warranty period, if the product proves defective, we, at its option, will:

1, replace the product with a comparable product which may be new or refurbished or,

2, refund the amount paid for the product, deducting a reasonable allowance for usage based on the condition, upon its return.

c, Within the warranty period, We reserve the right to charge a travel fee based on area and distance.

d, Within the warranty period, we reserve the right to reject or charge for service in below exception cases:

1, any defect or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care;

2, any defect or damage due to force majeure such as fire disaster, riot and so on;

3, any defect or damaged resulting from attempts by personnel other than our representatives to repair or service the product;

4, product label has been damaged or failure to show this card during service or any unauthorized alter on this card;

e, To protect your right, please ask the dealer to sign, stamp, and write down the purchase date.
